Two years ago, a few days before Christmas, I received a call from my doctor followed by a test routine. He needed me. When I arrived, told me that he had "found something that I did not like." I was led to believe that I'll like even less. While doing an upper endoscopy (Seen in the esophagus and stomach), he found areas he thought it could be cancer! Esophageal cancer has two characteristics: one, which was relatively rare and should go elsewhere for treatment and two, is usually fatal. At the same time, also saw a shadow in the liver with a scanner, but I knew I been there for several years so it was probably nothing. Thus, at Christmas 2006, I waited for my appointment with the very large medical center Luxury in fear and denial, but also a sense of hope.
