Discolorated legs after shower?? ?

Every time I get out of the shower my legs get this really disturbing blotchy color. Mostly blue and purple, then red, with my normal skin color all mixed.
This started happening about two years ago when I got a really bad sunburn (Like a lobster) I wore a very small bikini, so most of my body was burnt. I was also very stupid and didn't use any type of sunblock.
Now, my legs scare me. Also, after swimming my legs get really dry, like if I rub them, dry skin would flake off, so I always have to use lotion or water.
PLEASE help me, I am really worried. I thought that it would go away, but it didn't and I think that I have some weird skin disease or something. Your answers are greatly appreciated.

That's completely normal... my legs do that too. I'm not exactly sure what the blotchiness is from but for me they sort of follow the patterns of what my skin looked like when I had Fifth Disease as a kid. Maybe you did too?

And the dry skin is just dry skin. Nothing to worry about. Everyone's skin gets a little dry, and the skin has to shed as new cells are grown. So just remember to moisturize if it really bothers you.
