Will the Postal Service return my letter if I have a bracelet in it?

it's a small beaded bracelet that is kind of bumpy in the letter but you wouldn't notice it if you didnt pick it up.

Did you use a regular envelope? If so, as long as you put enough postage on it you should be fine, they charge you a little extra if it is non-machinable (if you put your bracelet in a regular envelope than it is non-machinable). I sold a few pair of earrings on ebay and used a regular envelope to mail it but they charged me 64 cents instead of the 42 cents a regular stamp costs. Also, I wouldn't recommended doing that for the future unless you really tape it up well, some of the earrings I sent were ripped from the envelope or lost.
