Need advice on interior decorating?

This is the first time I painted in a color so bold, and I'm not sure has taken a correct decision. I just painted the living room. The room is a long rectangle. the corner of two walls painted in antique red and the rest of the room bleached skin color (Behr colors.) My furniture is dark brown / black oxide / shade red leather tone type. The curtains are of cutting materials gold with an accent of light and darkness. Help me to put things togather with color or upholstery and accessories need suggestions for decoration and carpets. I can also put some shots in couch.The leather furniture in the dining room is rustic brown color red is where I was old very nice, but overall I feel that something is missing. Any suggestion, idea .....

You do not know exactly what you are looking for, but try to throw in some models and textures. You can get pillows for the sofa that pulls both green and red. Even with the carpet, maybe get coverage that is, gold green and red, and maybe another band to add a little color contrast. As for accessories depends on your taste - you could go rustic, perhaps more Western or snow cabin. It is difficult to say because it really depends on your taste. Maybe you can find a picture to throw things and be inspired. As to the plate, maybe a coffee or a wood stain to match the rest of your furniture.
